• Subscription renewal and expiry tracking
• Payment verification and receipt generation
• School account management and support

3. Registration and Account

To use our services, schools must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Be responsible for all activities under their account

4. Payment Terms

All payments for Starlink subscriptions must be made through approved payment methods:

• EcoCash
• OneMoney
• Bank Transfer to Edupro Enterprises account

5. Subscription Management

Starlink Subscription Management acts as an intermediary between schools and Starlink. We are responsible for:

• Processing subscription payments
• Managing billing cycles and invoice generation
• Providing payment receipts and documentation
• Communicating subscription status to schools

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

8. Limitation of Liability
